Upon credit approval, you will be added to our distributor list and can begin ordering product.

Q:   How do I receive pricing?
A:   Columbia Accessories price list is only applicable to authorized distributors. Upon credit approval, you will be added to our distributor list. Once you become a distributor you will then receive the price list and multiplier. Price list does not include freight and taxes.

Q:   Can I request special pricing/quoting?
A:   All orders will be subject to the multiplier assigned to your account. However, if you have an order that is $5,000 or more, Columbia Accessories will quote the order and allow special pricing on items that are ordered in bulk.

Q:   What is the lead time upon receipt of purchase order?
A:   Stock items are shipped within 72 hours and non-stock items are shipped within
4-6 weeks.

Q:   What type of warranty is given on washroom accessories?
A:   Columbia Accessories® warranties its washroom accessory items for a period
of (1) one year. Select items, such as mirrors, hand dryers and baby stations have an extended warranty.  Mirrors have a (15) fifteen year warranty against silver spoilage. Warranty against defects and/or workmanship for Hand Dryers is a (15) fifteen year
“Full Replacement” warranty. Baby Stations have a (3) three year warranty.  These warranties exclude damages caused by improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, abuse or vandalism.  Warranties cover products only.  Labor is Not included.

Q:   How are products shipped?
A:   Shipments will be made by common carrier and are F.O.B. shipping points.
Mirrors, combination waste and trash units, and waste receptacles will be palletized
and shipped via truck.

Q:   Is a freight allowance given?
A:   Full freight allowance is given on shipments having a net value of $3,500 or more and that are being shipped to a location within the continental United States.

Q:   Do the washroom accessories qualify for LEEDS?
A:   Yes. Columbia Accessories stainless steel washroom accessories have a 67-85% recycle content.
Columbia Accessories hand dryers are 70% recyclable and the Columbia Vortex high speed “No Clothes Required”™ hand dryer is GreenSpec Approved.
